A CBSE session was organized for the teachers on the topics “Financial Literacy & investments” by BCM School, Chandigarh Road, Ludhiana. 99 teachers from different schools of the city attended the session. The resource persons were Mr. Luv Luthra, a Chartered Accountant Certified Fraud & Forensic & Information System auditor and Anti- Money Laundering Expert (United States) and Mr. Honey Kakkar, Deputy Manager, KOTAK MAHINDRA MUTUAL FUND. Both the resource persons have the experience of more than 10 years in Financial Management, Taxation, Auditing and Advisory, banking and investment. They both are nominated by CBSE for spreading awareness regarding financial planning and investments. The session was very informative wherein the resource persons emphasized on systematic investment plan for a secured future. Teachers were made aware about different kind of Investment Plans for a systemic and assured growth of their hard-earned money.
